Refund Policy

Ruth’s List Florida, Inc. does everything we can to accommodate requests for refunds. We do our best to honor refunds requested for reasons such as input error, when a contributor accidentally donates twice or enters the wrong donation amount. Ruth’s List Florida, Inc. will not consider refunds for other reasons such as a change in political or personal opinion or the cancellation of an event. Ruth’s List Florida, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund request for these or other reasons.

All refund requests are subject to the availability of the contribution funds. For this reason, it is of the utmost importance that you make your request for a refund as soon after contributing as possible.

All refunds issued by Ruth’s List Florida, Inc. are made only to the payer of record, by credit card or check depending on the method of original payment and you will receive the amount owed to you within 20 business days. All requests for refund must be submitted in writing, by mail, fax, or email.

Workshops: Non-attendance does not constitute a withdrawal. Refunds are provided, less a $5 cancellation fee, up to one week prior to the event start date. After that, no refunds will be made yet registration may be transferred to a substitute participant. If Ruth’s List Florida needs to cancel a training for any reason, we will contact you as far in advance as possible.  If we are unable to reschedule, we will refund the full registration fee.
